Following is your Working with Simultaneous Contrast master course. It has four sections, each from one of the course’s four lessons. There are six steps for you to complete. Please follow the sequence of steps as they appear, and everything should proceed smoothly. You will receive a Certificate of Achievement when you complete all the exercises.
Be sure to click Mark Complete each time you finish a prompt. This is necessary for the progress bar to advance and for you to receive your certificate once you’ve completed all the work.
To access lessons and steps, click on titles containing a circle to the left.
You will need your painting gear and a suitable painting surface for your medium for your homework.
Your painting surface should be no larger than 12” x 16”. Otherwise, there will be too much space to manage to keep your attention on working on the lesson’s concept. Beyond this, use the paints and brushes with which you are most comfortable working. Dianne intends not to change your choice to hers but to focus on learning one of the best ways to use the course’s concept.
Oil and acrylic painters, please note that this is an exercise and no stretched canvas is required.
Have fun with it.
